Description
WNY R-AHEC is soliciting vendor pricing for telecommunications circuits and related network connectivity for participating healthcare facilities. The FY2027 pricing format covers fiber internet access, dark fiber, MPLS/VPN, EVPL, ELAN, and Metro Ethernet, with bandwidth requirements ranging from 20 Mbps to 200 Mbps depending on the circuit and facility. Vendors must use the pricing format to copy the applicable locations from the RFP locations list and complete the requested circuit type, bandwidth, one-time installation cost, monthly recurring charge, facility administrative fee, total costs for specified terms, and monthly savings fields. The workbook presents 12-, 24-, and 36-month pricing scenarios and identifies optional managed services, including managed router services. Example facilities include Wyoming County Community Health System and Jones Memorial Hospital.
