The Defence Investment Agency (DIA), on behalf of the Department of National Defence (DND), is issuing a Request for Information (RFI) for the Operational Training Infrastructure Enterprise Modernization (OTIEM) project. The DIA seeks industry feedback to gather input, leverage expertise, and assess interest, capabilities, and capacity to deliver OTIEM solutions. Industry perspectives will shape the project's direction and enable its successful implementation. Inquiries should be directed to SPAC.AIDMOIEO-DIAOTIEM.PSPC@dia-aid.gc.ca.
