Description
The Town of Geiger is soliciting sealed bids for construction work on its CDBG-funded road resurfacing project. The bid package includes plans and specifications, and bidders must comply with Alabama contractor licensing requirements and applicable employment, wage, and federal program provisions. A current Alabama contractor license number must be written on the outside of the bid envelope. The successful bidder must provide performance and payment bonds, each for 100% of the contract price, and public liability and workers’ compensation insurance within 10 days of the notice of award.
