Description
BC Housing Management Commission is seeking competitive proposals for pest management services, including regulated SGAR-related services and other treatment services, for various locations in its Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley regions. The work covers two service areas: directly managed buildings, and group homes and other buildings formerly associated with Riverview Lands. Proponents may bid on either or both service areas, must be able to service all buildings and communities within each selected area, and must meet the expected response times. The contract will be awarded separately by service area. Proposals must be submitted through the BC Bid electronic submission system by pre-authorized electronic bidders registered in that system. Proponents must complete the applicable service-area selections and pricing tabs in Appendix 3, along with the required response and submission forms identified in the solicitation documents.
