Description
Woodland Park School District is soliciting electronic proposals for a dedicated Internet circuit at bandwidth increments of 1 Gbps, 2 Gbps, and 3 Gbps, with the broader requested capacity range identified as 1 Gbps to 5 Gbps. The service includes installation and initial configuration. Proposals should include monthly recurring pricing, all taxes and eligible fees, one-time charges, separate pricing for static IP address blocks, and optional line-item pricing for a managed router capable of handling the requested bandwidths. The district requests a three-year service term with two potential one-year extension options, while allowing consideration of other terms that meet its requirements. The proposal must identify a projected service start date, with July 1, 2027, treated as the expected start date unless another date is specified. Vendors must have a valid Service Provider Identification Number, include standard contract terms and conditions, permit either SPI or BEAR invoicing, and submit a signed and dated specification document and completed Attachment A. Vendors should have prior experience serving New Jersey public school districts, with references available upon request.
