Description
The Washington Headquarters Services (WHS) Acquisition Directorate (AD) is seeking innovative, commercial approaches to accelerate the attainment of defense capabilities through prototype projects. This Commercial Solutions Opening (CSO) allows for awards under the authorities in 10 U.S.C. SS 3458 and/or 10 U.S.C. SS 4022, including commercially available technologies, innovative commercial products and services, concept demonstrations, pilots, and agile development activities. The CSO is open for five years and solicits solutions via Areas of Interest (AOIs) published on SAM.gov. Companies are responsible for monitoring the GPE for AOI and amendment postings. The period of performance for any solution brief or proposal submitted under this CSO should generally be no greater than 24 months, unless otherwise stipulated.
