Description
Assurance Learning Academy is requesting proposals for Category 1 data transmission and Internet access services consisting of a 1 Gbps fiber Internet circuit at 32248 Crown Valley Road, Rooms 113–114, Acton, California 93510. The service must include a /29 block of static public IPv4 addresses, with five usable externally facing addresses reachable from the Internet without routing through a firewall or NAT. Installation and initial configuration are requested. Bidders must provide pricing for 12-, 24-, and 36-month terms, with options for two voluntary one-year renewals; month-to-month proposals will also be considered. Pricing must include recurring charges, taxes, surcharges, usage fees, and one-time construction or installation costs, and must identify ineligible services separately. Proposals must address E-Rate compliance, service availability at the location, any required construction, and the expected construction timeline. The school will evaluate cost as the primary factor along with compatibility, E-Rate experience, prior experience, completeness, and other direct or indirect costs.
