The 52nd Contracting Squadron (52 CONS) at Spangdahlem Air Base, Germany, is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to identify qualified local construction companies interested in serving as subcontractors to their existing Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC) prime contractors. This RFI aims to compile a vendor directory to facilitate teaming arrangements and subcontracting opportunities for ongoing base infrastructure projects. The scope of work includes a broad range of maintenance, repair, and new construction, with specific interest in General Construction & Carpentry, Electrical (High and Low Voltage), Plumbing & Pipefitting, HVAC, Roofing, Concrete, Masonry, and Paving, Civil & Site Work, Painting, Fire Protection & Suppression Systems, and Environmental Remediation & Abatement. A mandatory requirement for all interested firms is to possess the appropriate and current German trade certifications (e.g., Meisterbrief or equivalent recognized qualifications) required to legally perform their specific trades in Germany. Interested companies are requested to submit a brief Capability Statement (no more than 5 pages) including Company Profile (Name, Address, Point of Contact, NCAGE Code and UEI if applicable), Trade Capabilities & Certifications, Experience (including any prior U.S. military installation or U.S. Government experience), Capacity & Geographic Reach (confirming ability to commute to and perform work at Spangdahlem Air Base, and typical project size), and explicit Consent to Share contact information and capabilities with MACC prime contractors.
