Description
The National Institutes of Health intends to procure GE Healthcare’s AssurePoint Standard Service Agreement for a GE PET Discovery MI-Digital Ready PET/CT system and its DQA Imaging Phantom. Coverage includes preventive maintenance and repairs, system and tube coverage, OEM parts, software and quality updates, remote diagnostics, technical and clinical applications support, and access to GE iCenter and TiP-Ed Online. The agreement specifies response-time commitments, weekday service coverage, and a 97% uptime commitment, with servicing by GE Healthcare factory-trained and certified personnel. The procurement is intended as a sole-source acquisition because the system’s proprietary software, remote service platform, calibration protocols, and related support are stated to be available only from GE Healthcare. The quote must include pricing for the base year and all three option years. Non-OEM offerors must provide information establishing their capability and supporting literature, warranties, or other evidence that their offer meets the requirements.
