Description
The project includes construction of a 1,550-foot-long, 8-foot-wide asphalt walking trail; ADA parking; four benches with concrete pads; and approximately 1,200 feet of chain-link fencing. Related work includes site preparation, grading, drainage-related earthwork, seeding, and restoration. The work must be completed within 90 consecutive calendar days after the Notice to Proceed. Bids are accepted through October 29, 2026, at 10:00 a.m.
