Description
The United Nations Development Programme is seeking an individual consultant to support implementation of the Iguales 2.0 project in Puebla, Mexico. The consultant will coordinate and build relationships with education authorities, schools, teachers, and community stakeholders; support diagnostic, monitoring, community engagement, and results-dissemination activities; and provide information and inputs for project documentation and follow-up. The estimated engagement is 21 months, from October 2026 through June 2028, with payment in eight installments upon delivery and approval of required products. The work arrangement is mixed, combining remote work with required territorial presence at schools, in communities, and at meetings with local stakeholders. The consultant must reside in Puebla state. No travel is applicable according to the posting.
