Description
The U.S. Army is seeking multiple small businesses for a blanket purchase agreement to provide labor, supervision, materials, and transportation for broken-down airfield equipment at Fort Drum. Work includes removing attachments as needed for safe transport, moving equipment from the airfield at P-20240 Anaconda Road to the SMA yard at P-4530 Tigris River Valley Road, returning repaired equipment, reinstalling attachments, and washing equipment and attachments to airfield cleanliness specifications. Equipment includes heavy airfield vehicles and attachments such as brooms, rollover plows, loaders, blowers, deicer trucks, fuel trucks, tugs, carts, and tractors. The contractor must respond to call-outs within four hours, begin physical work no later than the next business day after responding, and perform work during the stated weekday operating hours. The contractor must provide suitable transportation equipment, trained and licensed personnel, environmental and spill compliance, cleanup and disposal, and required safety and installation-access support. The response must include experience on at least two similarly sized and scoped projects completed within the past five years, a capabilities statement of no more than four pages, and completed TE-8 Pricing. The agreement may remain in place for up to five years, with actual performance occurring only under funded BPA calls.
