Description
The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration’s National Marine Sanctuary of American Samoa requires coordination and shipping services for supplies, scientific equipment, and water samples originating in American Samoa. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, tools, personnel, equipment, customs services, delivery services, and related fees needed for transport. Water samples will be shipped from American Samoa to the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa in Honolulu, with up to eight packages or crates per year. Scientific equipment will be shipped to NOAA’s Pacific Marine Environmental Laboratory in Seattle, with up to five packages or crates per year. The requirement is a firm-fixed-price purchase order with a one-year base period and four one-year option periods. Quotations must include a capability statement, relevant experience from the past two years, detailed technical capability information, pricing, and signed SF 1449 and any applicable SF 30 forms.
