Description
Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center is seeking proposals for managed print services and multifunction device support for an approximately 460-device Ricoh fleet, including designated networked and non-contracted devices. The scope includes proactive monitoring, break/fix maintenance, preventative maintenance, consumables and parts management, asset lifecycle management, installation and relocation, inventory tracking, reporting, incident management, quarterly business reviews, training, and ongoing optimization recommendations. The contractor must provide dedicated onsite support personnel and factory-trained Ricoh-certified technicians. Respondents must be currently certified by the New York State Department of Economic Development as an MWBE or SDVOB at the time of proposal submission. The opportunity identifies a three- to five-year contract term, a total MWBE goal of 30%, and an SDVOB goal of 6%.
