The purpose of this procurement is for the State Reclamation and Mosquito Control Board, SRB, to enter into contracts with multiple vendors that can provide area-wide aerial and ground mosquito control services and pesticide products as it deems necessary to combat the increased risk to human health from mosquito-borne diseases including, but not limited to, Eastern Equine Encephalitis-EEEv, West Nile Virus, Zika Virus, and any and all emerging mosquito-borne diseases that pose a threat to human health. The SRB is seeking proposals for aerial pesticide application services (fixed or rotary wing aircraft, adulticide and/or larvicide), ground-based spray application services (truck-mounted and/or backpack spray application, adulticide and/or larvicide), and pesticide products for contractors to use while providing aerial and/or ground-based applications. The SRB may contract with separate companies for any method of application services as it deems necessary with any selected applicant.
