Description
The City of Vernon is establishing a three-year roster of qualified professional consultants to support its Annual Infrastructure Program. Potential assignments include studies, data collection, civil and transportation design, sanitary and stormwater systems, drainage and flood mitigation, environmental and archaeological services, geotechnical engineering, parks and open-space infrastructure, permitting, utility coordination, tendering, construction contract administration, and construction inspection. Projects may involve multidisciplinary teams and generally range from approximately $25,000 to $500,000 in consulting services, with the annual program valued at approximately $23 million. Respondents must qualify for at least one technical discipline and service category, maintain the professional qualifications required for the selected disciplines, and hold the required engineering practice authorization. The submission requires the buyer-provided Submission Form, Technical Discipline and Service Qualification Form, Team Members and Qualifications Form, and Team Project Experience Form, plus a consultant-created response containing a cover letter, table of contents, and company and team profile. Resumes, subconsultant information, environmental/sustainability/social-responsibility information, diversity/equity/inclusion/accessibility information, and project sheets are optional. Successful respondents may be invited to future second-stage competitions or direct awards; the roster does not guarantee work volume or exclusivity.
