LEGAL #95643 NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES: ACTUARIAL STUDY OF NEW MEXICO HEALTH CARE AUTHORITY STATE HEALTH BENEFITS AND NEW MEXICO PUBLIC SCHOOLS INSURANCE AUTHORITY HEALTH BENEFITS CONSOLIDATION The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to gather information from qualified actuarial consulting firms regarding their experience, capabilities, methodologies, feasible timelines and potential approaches for conducting a comprehensive study as required under 2026 N.M. Laws, Chapter 52 (H.B.47) related to School Employee Insurance Programs during the 2026 New Mexico legislative session. The information obtained through this RFI will assist the New Mexico Public Schools Insurance Authority and the State of New Mexico Healthcare Authority in understanding available resources, industry best practices, and potential service options.
