Description
Pahrump Community Library is soliciting proposals for synchronous Internet access at its library branch, with bid options for 1 Gbps, 2 Gbps, and 5 Gbps bandwidth. Service must terminate at the building demarcation point, generally the main distribution frame, and solutions with data caps or speed reductions are disqualified. Proposals must include all monthly recurring charges, non-recurring charges, and any special construction charges, with no undisclosed additional charges. The Library requires SPI discount billing, permits month-to-month or contracted services, requests 36- and 60-month pricing for contracted service, and requires contracts to allow bandwidth increases, penalty-free termination if a location closes, and no price increases during the term. Proposed services must comply with applicable FCC supply-chain restrictions, including prohibitions involving covered companies such as Huawei and ZTE.
