Description
SHAPE is requesting proposals for a firm-fixed-price, four-year operational lease of two executive-class business passenger vehicles. Each vehicle must be a four-door, four-seat sedan or SUV with a black metallic exterior, a length exceeding 4.95 meters, rear passenger legroom, a 2,750–3,499 cc diesel or petrol engine producing at least 230 horsepower, automatic transmission, an 800-kilometer minimum WLTP range, and extensive comfort, navigation, communications, and driver-assistance features. The vehicles must include discreet blue emergency vehicle lighting, a three-tone siren, a public-address system, flashing headlights and taillights, and related safety equipment. The lease price must include delivery, full Omnium insurance, registration in Belgium, maintenance and repairs, seasonal tires, and replacement vehicles when required. Vehicles must be manufactured or assembled in a NATO member country, with service and parts availability within 100 kilometers of the delivery point. Proposals must include the attached price proposal, a detailed price table, delivery timing, maintenance-contract terms, insurance-company information, and the nearest authorized dealership address.
