This Advance Procurement Notice (APN) informs contractors of upcoming contract opportunities at Nunavut for Real Property Operations Group (RP OPS) and Canadian Forces Housing Agency (CFHA) base program. The Nunavut location is a remote northern Canadian site in the Arctic region, supporting sovereignty, surveillance, logistics, and regional operations. Infrastructure includes airfields, aviation support facilities, operations and administrative buildings, accommodations, fuel storage, utilities, and maintenance structures. Future contracts will be tendered through various mechanisms including open competitive tenders, Open Construction Source List (OCSL), source lists, and standing offer agreements. Some projects may be reserved for Indigenous businesses under the Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business. Contractors must obtain required security clearances; DCC offers sponsorship through its Industrial Security Program.
