The City of Gentry, Arkansas is soliciting qualifications from qualified licensed professionals certified by the Arkansas Contractors Licensing Board to provide construction management/general contractor (CMAR) services for the James Wade Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) Improvements. The project involves the design and construction of an expansion to the existing 0.5 MGD WWTP, adding a new treatment train with an average daily flow capacity of 0.25 MGD and a peak hourly flow capacity of 1 MGD, capable of meeting NPDES permit limitations and including accommodations for peak flow equalization. The treated water will discharge to the existing discharge point at the SWEPCO wastewater pond. The solicitation is being conducted in accordance with Act 612 of the Arkansas 92nd General Assembly Regular Session 2019.
