Description
Perryton Independent School District is soliciting proposals for two Category One leased lit-fiber WAN connections supporting internet access and data transmission. The requested capacity is between 5 Gbps and 10 Gbps per service request. Installation and initial configuration are required, and technical support may be requested depending on the selected service. The vendor attachment requests pricing for 5, 6, 8, and 10 Gbps options, with monthly recurring charges and one-, three-, and five-year contract terms. Vendors may propose equivalent, higher, lower-quantity, better, or more cost-effective services. Any eligible installation costs may be paid over four years. Proposals must comply with the Texas Education Agency Financial Accountability Guidelines, and questions must be submitted through the designated RFP system for public posting as addenda.
