Description
The City of Pelican is seeking bundled internet access and data transport for Pelican Public Library. Proposals may offer download bandwidth options from 50 Mbps to 5 Gbps, using fiber or non-fiber technologies; symmetrical and asymmetrical service are acceptable. Bidders must identify upload and download speeds, transport methods, contention ratio or dedicated-circuit status, usage limits and charges, and any required leased equipment with make and model. Pricing must itemize recurring and one-time charges, installation and activation, equipment, surcharges, and usage-based charges, and provide enough detail to determine total cost. A one-year pricing option is required; multi-year and month-to-month proposals are also considered. Bidders must have a valid SPIN/498 ID and provide discounted billing through the Service Provider Invoice method. Responses must specifically address and reference this Form 470; generic marketing materials or incomplete pricing will be disqualified.
