Description
The library seeks proposals for bundled internet access and transport at multiple bandwidth levels from 50 Mbps to 5 Gbps, where available. Fiber and non-fiber options are acceptable. Bids must specify download and upload speeds, transport methods, contention or dedicated-circuit status, usage limits and charges, any required leased equipment, and complete itemized pricing. A one-year pricing option is required; multi-year and month-to-month proposals may also be considered. The library also seeks managed internal broadband services, including equipment, software, and licensing to manage network usage, set user or device bandwidth quotas, prioritize or restrict access, and provide content filtering and malware blocking. Proposals must identify equipment manufacturers, models, and part numbers, separately price eligible and ineligible components, and provide complete costs. The bidder must have a valid SPIN/498 ID and support discounted billing through the Service Provider Invoice method. Responses must specifically address the requested services and reference the applicable FCC Form 470.
