Description
UNDP Cyprus is procuring 1,600 trees: 400 cypress, 150 carob, 250 jacaranda, 300 flame, and 500 male tipuana tipu, mulberry, and/or mastic trees. Each tree must be at least 1.5 meters tall, healthy, free of pests and disease, and compliant with applicable agricultural standards. The supplier must transport and deliver the trees to ten designated sites in the Famagusta, Limassol, Larnaca, Nicosia, and Paphos districts; three sites will be confirmed after award. Delivery is required within one month after award. The supplier must give at least seven calendar days’ notice before delivery to allow for inspection at its nursery or storage premises. Noncompliant or transport-damaged trees must be replaced at no additional cost, within two weeks for rejected trees. The quotation requires a brief company profile, company registration certificate, relevant project experience, completed technical and financial offer and price schedule, and responses to the portal’s required questions and forms. The award is to the lowest-priced substantially compliant offer.
