Description
The United Nations Development Programme is procuring two lots of goods for regular police duties in Montenegro. Lot 1 covers 4,000 pairs each of low-cut shoes, mid-cut boots, and high-cut boots; the footwear must be injection-molded and meet detailed waterproofing, durability, safety, and material specifications. Lot 2 covers 4,000 units each of eyewear, gloves, transport bags, duty belts with inner belts, pistol holsters, spare magazine pouches, OC spray holsters, handcuff pouches, flashlight holders, and baton holders. Bidders may submit for one or both lots and must offer all items and quantities within each selected lot. The resulting contract is a Long-Term Agreement with no guaranteed minimum purchase quantity; orders will be issued as needed. Bids must include technical, qualification, financial, pricing, sample, laboratory-testing, and bid-security documentation. A bid security of EUR 20,000 is required for each lot, with cumulative security required when bidding on both lots. Samples and supporting documentation are due within 14 calendar days after the bid deadline. Delivery under purchase orders is generally required within 90 calendar days from purchase-order signature.
