Description
The U.S. Consulate Casablanca is soliciting firm-fixed-price quotations for two new 2026 vehicles: one passenger van and one gasoline-powered SUV. The vehicles must be commonly available in Morocco, physically available in the Kingdom of Morocco at quotation and delivery, and meet specified requirements for seating, automatic transmission, safety equipment, air conditioning, parking features, and cargo flexibility. The van must include a sliding passenger door and retractable side step; its height may not exceed 2.60 meters. Offerors must provide pricing in Moroccan dirhams, separately identify applicable VAT, and submit technical information including the brand, type, model number, detailed specifications, color options, and a compliance sheet. Award will be made to the responsible offeror providing the lowest-priced technically acceptable quotation, with delivery availability and timeline considered. Quotations must be in English and submitted electronically in an accepted Word, Excel, or PDF format.
