Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is soliciting one case of blood collection assemblies, needleless access systems used with Fenwal single blood-pack units and high-flow needles to collect blood samples into vacuum test tubes. The unit of issue is a case containing 425 each, and the requested item is identified by NSN 6515-01-699-4337 and Fenwal part number 6R4011. The item is an FDA-regulated Class I medical device with a 12-month non-extendable shelf life.
