Description
Mohawk Medbuy Corporation is conducting a negotiated RFP for the supply and delivery of ultrasound transmission gels, ultrasound probe covers and kits, medical imaging cold therapy packs, gel warmers, disinfectants, and related accessories. Proponents may bid on one or more product categories and must provide exact-match or substantially equivalent products, with pricing for the listed products and any proposed alternatives completed in the required schedules. The resulting agreement is intended to support participating healthcare purchasers through standardized pricing, centralized-warehouse distribution, and direct or third-party distribution. The RFP seeks a five-year agreement with one optional two-year extension. Proponents must complete the required product, pricing, business, clinical, reference, declaration, confirmation, conflict-of-interest, value-added benefits, price-escalator, and distribution-allowance schedules, as applicable. Licensed medical devices must be offered where required, and the RFP includes mandatory product information such as packaging, latex, material, sterility, storage, and Medical Device License details.
