Description
The City seeks firm delivered pricing per gallon for liquid ammonium sulfate solution for use at three water treatment plants and an elevated tank booster chloramination station. The anticipated annual volume is approximately 30,000 gallons, not guaranteed. The product must meet specified composition and quality requirements, be certified to NSF/ANSI Standard 60 at bid time, and be accompanied with a product specification sheet or certificate of analysis and a safety data sheet. Bidders must provide three references from water/wastewater industries for the product offered and an NSF certification. The contractor must deliver bulk tanker loads to the treatment plants and provide 55-gallon drum or mini-bulk deliveries to the booster station. Normal deliveries are due within 3–5 days after an order, and emergency deliveries within 24 hours. The scope also includes annual on-site safety and coordination support, safety documentation, compatible delivery equipment, spill response, and access to a qualified technician within 24 hours' notice. The contract term is one year with two optional one-year renewals.
