Description
The United Nations Capital Development Fund is seeking a supplier to design, produce, and deliver branded EU-P4S project merchandise. The requested items include 300 A5 notebooks, 300 pens, 300 vacuum flasks, 300 compact umbrellas, 200 tote bags, 100 fanny packs, 300 32GB USB flash drives, 450 crew-neck T-shirts, and 50 polo shirts. Items must meet the stated material, size, capacity, color, printing, and branding specifications, with delivery generally required by November 30, 2026; the polo shirts are required by October 30, 2026. Original high-resolution logos and branding materials will be provided to the selected supplier solely for production. Quotations will be evaluated primarily on substantial compliance and price, with consideration of after-sales service and delivery lead time. The selected supplier will receive a purchase order, and the quotation must remain valid for 30 days after the submission deadline.
