Description
Saint John's College High School is soliciting competitive proposals for a minimum 10 Gbps dedicated, symmetrical, fully managed Internet access service. The solution must include the facilities, equipment, installation, configuration, testing, activation, monitoring, fault management, 24/7 network operations support, and an enforceable service-level agreement. Proposals should address availability, latency, packet loss, jitter, repair and response times, escalation procedures, maintenance windows, service credits, outage reporting, customer portals, and performance reporting. Leased lit fiber or a functionally equivalent technology is preferred. Respondents may also propose eligible Category One network electronics, such as a managed router or switch, when necessary to deliver the service. Equipment pricing must be itemized separately and include associated licensing, maintenance, monitoring, and support, including an equivalent 24/7 monitoring and maintenance plan with a guaranteed four-hour onsite hardware response. Pricing is required for 12-, 36-, and 60-month terms, with up to two unilateral one-year renewal options, and must separately identify recurring, nonrecurring, installation, construction, support, licensing, shipping, taxes, and eligible/ineligible costs. Each proposal must include the applicant and FCC Form 470 information, service-provider identification and contact information, terms and conditions, and a completed pricing worksheet; the listed compliance certifications and conflict-of-interest disclosure are encouraged and may affect scoring.
