Description
This requirement establishes a five-year, firm-fixed-price Blanket Purchase Agreement for compressed and bulk medical-grade gases, laboratory and specialty gases, dry ice pellets, gas-related equipment, cylinder rentals, deliveries, telemetry monitoring, hydrostatic testing, preventive maintenance, calibration, emergency deliveries, and related support services. The BPA has no guaranteed minimum or maximum order quantities; revised price worksheets provide estimated quantities for informational pricing purposes only. Emergency deliveries may be required within 24 hours. The revised Statement of Work covers delivery to multiple military research facilities in Maryland, Delaware, Massachusetts, and Alabama, including government- and customer-owned cylinders and bulk tanks. The ordering period is September 18, 2026, through September 17, 2031. This is a total small-business set-aside evaluated using a lowest-price technically acceptable approach. The current BPA being replaced is BPA W81XWH21A0002, held by Airgas USA, LLC. Amendment 0005 extends the response deadline to October 29, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. EDT while the Government continues updating the product list and addressing questions and clarifications.
