Description
The U.S. Department of the Treasury intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract to Thundercat Technologies for a commercial off-the-shelf subscription to Flashpoint Ignite. The solution must provide timely, relevant, and actionable intelligence from primary-source, open-source, deep-web, dark-web, illicit-marketplace, messaging, and geospatial sources. Required capabilities include financial fraud detection and loss tracking, cyber threat actor tracking, vulnerability-exploitation contextualization, cyber and physical incident monitoring, geospatial situational awareness, investigations, alerting, and decision support. The anticipated contract includes a 12-month base period and four option periods. This is a special notice rather than a competitive solicitation; interested sources may submit a capability statement to demonstrate that they can meet the requirement and potentially justify a competitive procurement.
