The Minnesota Department of Health intends to purchase Luminex NxTAG Respiratory Pathogen Panel (RPP NxTAG, IVD-US), 96-test kits. The agency states that testing must use its existing MAGPIX instrument analyzer and that no alternative product is available because the product is proprietary to that analyzer; alternatives would require purchasing a new instrument. This is a single-source notice, not an open request for bids or proposals.
