Description
The Schertz-Cibolo-Universal City ISD (SCUCISD) is soliciting proposals for fine arts supplies and services. The district intends to award multiple five-year vendor contracts on an "as needed" basis, with no guaranteed minimum quantities or dollar amounts. Awarded contracts will include a percentage discount off catalog, shelf, or retail pricing for materials, as well as fixed rates for services such as instrument repairs, workshops, and consulting. Vendors unable to provide a specific discount percentage may submit "various discounts offered or call for price quote." The purpose of this solicitation is to establish a list of pre-approved vendors for campus and department customers, with established terms and conditions, including fixed rates, discount off catalog prices, and shipping/handling charges. Initial proposals were opened on April 30, 2022. Additional proposals may be received and opened incrementally until the contract's end date of April 30, 2027. Vendors currently holding an active contract under this solicitation are exempt from submitting a new bid.
