Description
The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) intends to negotiate a sole source contract for the renewal of the annual Customer Care Program for the NIST Charleston Biorepository's perpetual license of Freezerworks Summit Edition sample management software. This program includes maintenance releases, software upgrades, and unlimited technical support. DataWorks Development, Inc. is the sole provider of this software and its updates. The contract will be for a 12-month period with four 12-month option periods.
