Description
The Program Executive Officer Land Systems (PEO-LS), Ground Base Air Defense (GBAD) Marine Corps, intends to award a Cost Plus Fixed Fee contract to CACI, Inc. - Federal as a sole source. CACI is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) for the CM-262 optic systems integrated into the Marine Air Defense Integrated System (MADIS) program and holds the necessary modification rights to the source code. This contract will provide continued software lifecycle management support, including testing and sustaining optic systems and associated software applications. It also includes procurement of necessary licenses, software maintenance, and updates/modifications to the core optic software. Additionally, the requirement covers repair and maintenance of optic component hardware and may include options for procuring additional optic systems if program acquisition objectives increase. The software must maintain interoperability with evolving information systems. This acquisition is being pursued under the statutory authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) due to CACI being the only source with the required rights to the source code for this hardware and software lifecycle management effort. The North American Industry Classification System code is 333310, and the Product or Service Code is 1240.
