Description
The City is seeking bids from manufacturers, vehicle dealers, or suppliers for a new 2026 Ford F-150 XLT 4x4 SuperCrew configured to the listed specifications, including a 3.5L V6 EcoBoost engine, specified appearance and towing packages, a spray-in bedliner, and standard safety and connectivity equipment. The bid price must include delivery and all costs other than applicable state sales tax, with no add-ons or extra charges. Bidders must provide copies of the applicable warranties, a proposed bill of sale, and any other contract or sales documents for review, and state a proposed delivery date. The successful bidder must provide local service during and after the warranty period and maintain fully staffed service facilities in Walker County, Georgia, or Hamilton County, Tennessee. The City may inspect the offered vehicle and the bidder’s service facilities before accepting a bid. The truck must include the specified manufacturer warranties and roadside-assistance coverage.
