Description
UNDP seeks subtropical planting material for practical testing, comprising specified varieties of persimmon, pomegranate, fig, kiwi, and olive plants in stated quantities and minimum ages and heights. The plants must meet requirements for varietal authenticity, plant health, protected root systems, and uniformity, with supporting quality, origin, phytosanitary, and biological-category documentation. Limited substitutions are allowed for unavailable varieties, up to a maximum of three varieties. The quotation must include the completed submission form, technical and financial offer, and technical responsiveness table, along with company and experience information, registration documents, relevant certificates and declarations, a packing and transport plan, and a delivery schedule. Delivery is DDP within 60 days after contract signature; the offer must include delivery, unloading, and placement costs. The supplier must meet the specified transport and inspection requirements.
