The Air Force intends to award Elbit America, Inc. a sole-source IDIQ contract for diagnostics, testing, and repair of 25 NSNs covering complex line-replaceable and shop-replaceable avionics units for F-16 and A-10 aircraft. Components include display units, processors, digital video recorders, and circuit card assemblies. The contractor is to provide the parts, labor, facilities, and engineering support needed to restore repaired assets to mission-capable, flight-worthy condition. The notice states a 10-year period of performance consisting of a five-year base period and five one-year options, and an estimated total value of $98,076,893.40.
