Norfolk Naval Shipyard seeks rental of one trailer-mounted 500 kW emergency diesel generator, two trailer-mounted 350 kW generators, and three automatic transfer switch panels to provide standby power for project trailers and a living barge during utility outages. The equipment must meet detailed capacity, electrical, fuel-runtime, enclosure, safety, and testing requirements. The amendment clarifies that the transfer switches are one 800-amp unit and two 400-amp units; the statement of work's listed switch specifications otherwise describe 800-amp units.
