Description
The City of Greenfield is seeking proposals from qualified developers for the disposition and development of approximately 1.2011 acres of City-owned property at 53 Hope Street. Proposed uses may include housing or mixed-use development combining housing and commercial space. The City intends to convey the property and enter into a land development agreement with the selected developer. Evaluation will consider the developer’s demonstrated experience and capacity, as well as how effectively the proposed project expands housing opportunities on the property. The full RFP will be available beginning September 8, 2026, at 10:00 AM through the City’s procurement website or by contacting the procurement representative.
