Description
The Virginia Information Technologies Agency, on behalf of the Commonwealth of Virginia, is seeking a supplier to provide enterprise-wide, fully managed End User Computing services for Virginia Executive Branch agencies and other public bodies. The scope includes support for supplier-owned and Commonwealth-owned or leased devices, workstation and software support, troubleshooting, device lifecycle management, and financial and asset tracking processes such as configuration management database and GASB compliance activities. The supplier must operate as a Tier 1 service provider within Virginia's multi-provider managed environment and integrate with the existing multi-sourcing service integrator platform without proprietary tools or formats that restrict interoperability. The supplier will provide real-time visibility into its tools and configurations, support continual service improvement, and may propose optional value-added or premium capabilities. The Commonwealth anticipates a potential single award but reserves the right to make multiple awards or no award.
