Description
Amargosa Valley Community Library District is soliciting proposals for Internet access and data transmission services for its public library and bookmobile. The library service requires incremental bandwidth options of 100 Mbps, 200 Mbps, and 300 Mbps, with dedicated bandwidth and service termination at the building demarcation point. The separate bookmobile requirement includes Internet access and cellular data plan or air-card service, with a stated capacity range of 1.5 Mbps to 1 Gbps. Proposals may cover one or both services. Pricing must separately identify monthly recurring charges, non-recurring charges, and special construction charges, with no undisclosed additional charges. Contracted-service proposals should include 36-month and 60-month pricing; month-to-month and other contract structures may also be considered. Services are needed effective July 1, 2027, and proposals must support SPI discount billing, bandwidth increases during the term, no price increases during the term, and compliance with applicable FCC covered-equipment restrictions.
