Description
The contractor will provide turnkey breakfast, lunch, and dinner catering for U.S. and Cambodian personnel during the exercise. The scope includes food, beverages, staffing, management, cooking facilities or an approved mobile kitchen, equipment, potable water and ice, transportation, meal service, sanitation, cleaning, and waste removal. Estimated daily quantities are 90 U.S. personnel for breakfast and dinner, and 250 Cambodian personnel for breakfast, lunch, and dinner; quantities may be adjusted by the Government. An optional line item covers ice cream machine support. The contractor must meet applicable food-safety and sanitation requirements, provide a qualified Person in Charge and trained food-service staff, and maintain temperature and sanitation records. The proposed food-preparation operation must be made available for a Food and Water Risk Assessment, and the quote must include the required assessment coordination information and supporting documentation. The solicitation also requires a signed solicitation, completed Excel pricing sheet, Defense Base Act insurance estimate, capability statement, and signed Form 889.
