The City of Bentonville is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide comprehensive management, operations, and programming services for Citizens Park Tennis Complex, Creekside Pickleball Complex, and additional current and future public tennis and pickleball facilities. The selected contractor will oversee facility operations; provide staffing and facility oversight; develop and deliver year-round youth and adult recreational programming; coordinate leagues, private and group lessons, camps, tournaments, and special events; conduct promotional activities; support City and third-party events; and collaborate with Parks and Recreation staff to increase community engagement and participation. The contractor must comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, and civil rights requirements.
