Description
Clark County is soliciting a complete upgrade of its existing boardroom audio-visual system. The scope includes hardware, software, perpetual licensing unless otherwise proposed, mounting accessories, installation, provisioning, commissioning, integration with existing projectors, displays, microphones, computers, and other infrastructure, and software configuration. Proposed components should be Q-SYS pre-qualified, and the bidder must be a Q-SYS-certified channel partner. The solution must support meetings and training for local and remote participants, interoperability with Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, and Cisco Webex, and future live streaming of County Board meetings. Pricing must include shipping, travel, installation, licensing, support, maintenance, training, and all required hardware and software. The bid also requires warranty and support information, with components requested to have at least a three-year warranty, three years of software maintenance and manufacturer support, and a 120-day post-installation warranty for applicable defects. The contractor must complete the project by January 15, 2027 and provide at least three similar customer references, including contact information and project descriptions.
