Description
St. Johns River State College is soliciting applications from general, building, civil/site work, mechanical, and roofing contractors for pre-qualified contractor status covering Calendar Year 2027. Contractors may apply for a new certificate or renew or revise an existing certificate, including requesting a higher or lower category. A valid pre-qualification certificate is required to bid on the College’s construction projects. Anticipated work may include construction, renovation, remodeling, major repairs, roof replacements, and site work at College campuses in Clay, Putnam, and St. Johns Counties. The solicitation states that award of pre-qualified status will be based on meeting all specifications for the requested certificate type.
