Description
The Royal Canadian Mounted Police requires one National Individual Standing Offer for the supply and delivery of high-grade acrylic encasements for pre-existing identification badges belonging to retiring members. The encasements must support upright or flat configurations, include a royal-blue acrylic base, a clear acetate name strip with rank, name, and service year, and bilingual cleaning and storage instructions. Delivery will be made across Canada, excluding Nunavut, to locations specified in individual call-ups. The scope also includes badge cleaning, enamel repair or replacement when required, and removal of leather backing when applicable. Offers must include technical and financial sections, certifications, and additional information in separate PDF files submitted by email. Up to four low-priced offerors may later be asked to provide a representative pre-issuance sample and manufacturer certificates of compliance within 30 calendar days of request. The standing offer will be awarded to one responsive offeror offering the lowest evaluated price, subject to Canadian supplier and Canadian-content eligibility requirements, security requirements, and environmentally preferable packaging requirements.
